You have 3 days to make a return request after your order has been delivered. In a situation whereby you pay cash to the seller on delivery of the item, you can’t ask us to refund you if you later find out there is a problem with the item. We expect you to have confirmed that the product is in good condition before paying the seller. You will only receive 100% refund for your item if you make payment through our webstore using your debit/credit card. If you pay online, we will not release your funds to the Seller until after 3days. So, you have 3 days to initiate a return/refund if the item delivered to you is wrong or damaged.
